Hand-Drawn Process: Every item is made-to-order and hand-drawn by our professional artists. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations may occur between the digital preview and the final product.
Artist Style: By ordering, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our portfolio and agree to the artistic style of Kinderry.
Customer Responsibility: Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, and photo quality) before ordering. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer or poor-quality photos that result in lower-detail drawings.

Shipping Time: International delivery (USA, UK, EU) usually takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Third-Party Delays: Kinderry is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
